Rolf’s creations draw significantly upon his experience in living and working in different countries, as well as having been married to Andrea, an archaeologist, for many years who co-creates many of the designs. For the past 11 years their daughter, Andrea Jr. has also been participating in the business. At first she helped out in shows, and now has taken over the business end of the business as well as creating and making designs. Some of the designs and inspirations for the form and color of the jewelry comes from ancient civilizations such as the Southwest. Drawing upon a rich and varied background, Rolf, Andrea and Andrea Jr. create pieces that reflect a diverse range of influences. Ranchers for more than a quarter century, and a businessman in several South American countries as well as in the United States, Rolf and his family have now discovered a peace of mind through the creation of their unique and individual jewelry. Today their lives revolves around the mastery of metal work and gem design techniques with an intuitive sense of color, which capture both the imagination and the eye.
